I would not hesitate to recommend Ken Mould to family and friends. It is a long established family business that evidently prioritises honesty and a warm feel. We viewed an Alfa Romeo Mito that was beautifully presented and carefully kept in an old barn-like garage. A couple of issues were picked up on the test drive but they said they would rectify it immediately without fuss - which they did. Not only did they sort out the suspension issue as agreed but they also replaced the front brake pads as they found them to be wearing thin. Looks can be deceiving but do not judge the exterior of the business, it is not modern or fancy but what it lacks in style it more than makes up for with charm and customer service. I will definitely go back to Ken Mould again.
