do not buy a car from here

Avoid this place altogether! I purchased a 2008 mercedes for £3500 and an autotrader is says high price. regardless, I still paid and had nothing but endless problems with the car! every week it went in to garage continuously for 3 months. wishbourne armbreak pipe leak (still passed mot??) ball joint twice! wheel bearing Air con leak as it does not work. I am having to force sell this car to an auction site as I dont want anyone to face the same problems as me. I took it in to their own garage as they said they will fix the noise and investigate what it is. £260 I was charged from Britannia and the car is exactly the same! when I called in they said it was to fix another noise. not the noise I complained about. All in all this car has costed me five grand in total and I spoke to the guy who own this place. He said the most he can offer me is £1200 because of the 25000 miles I have done! so five grand it has costed me and he can only give me £1200 back!
