Disgusting service
Nissan Bromley a disgusting service. They had my car in for repair because the engine light came on and the car was misfiring and shuddering and they charged me over £2500 for timing chain which they said was the problem to then find out a week later the same problem occurred which I had initially stated. They didn't give me compensation or refund. I then went to Nissan South Croydon as I thought they would have mechanics that knew better and they repaired the spark plugs stating it was a different problem but by the next day it had the same issues. I paid another £300. I have since exchanged the car as they discovered it was an even more expensive problem with the engine, which I couldn't afford. But now I'm at a big loss from Nissan. I'm absolutely disgusted how they couldnt compensate me for any of the repairs that has been paid of which didn't fix my car, and has left me out of pocket completely I am now struggling to live and feed my children. I have no respect for this company. This doesn't even deserve a one star I wouldn't give them any. They have no care for what I have spent and the fact that it did not repair my car. I hope you can live with yourselves knowing how much stress you have caused me and my family.
