Dissapointed, sad, heartbroken!

I brought a Nissan Note from Mexs cars just recently and within 2 days there were problems. Its now in a garage waiting to get repaired. I have been told that the timing chain has stretched despite the car having a low mileage. I feel terribly let down as I have 2 young children and wanted to buy a reliable and newish car for both work and family. The car is not fit for purpose when I purchased it. Its heart breaking to think that I have could have put my children at risk whilst driving on the motorway. I notified Mexs cars of my concerns and no one has bothered to contact me. Why has this happened to me?
