Test drive

I have booked a test drive with this company less than 24 hours prior to the hassle that came with the whole experience. As scheduled through my finance company the test drive was booked 330pm on Saturday this was confirmed by a telephone recording and the person who confirmed the booking at the garage was called Jamie. I travelled 17 miles to arrive and be greeted with a stinking attitude and told that no test drive was booked, despite the fact that there is proof of this happening, and that this car has sold. I am not angry at the fact that this garage did not keep the car for my test drive, I am very disappointed that nobody had the courtesy to call me and let me know and save me the trip and the utter disappointment. Very unwelcoming, poor communication. The pages Facebook reviews speak for themselves, all in all it was a blessing in disguise as I would have hated to have bought a car from people who treat their customers this way. I ended up going a bit down the road to motor choice John Clark, and found my dream first car and I have received a first class first car purchase experience. Please research the companies you chose to deal with, I wish I did to have avoided this but at least something good came out of it.
