Poor service and indifferent customer se
Ordered a spare metal key using the vin number. Was told this would take about 2 weeks but after 3 weeks no news. I called for an update and each time was kept on hold by 5 or 10 minutes then told no one was available, but someone would get back to me. Each time no one had the common courtesy to call me back to inform me of an unfortunate delay or an updated ETA. Disappointing to have been treated with any respect, professionalism or courtesy and at this rate I fear I will need to go back and get a refund then go to another mercedes dealer.
