They sold me a car that after driving away I realised wasn't working properly. I took it back and they refused to do anything. They ended up getting aggressive with me saying "let's take this outside" and telling me to clear off their property! I was absolutely shocked and intimidated. I had to leave before they got physical. I couldn't sell the car with the faults and lost about £2000 having to part exchange it with another dealer. I wouldn't wish the experience on an enemy and advice everyone to steer well clear of Pass Car Sales.
