Disapointed by Salesman

Recently enquired about replacing my X3 with either new or nearly new. Salesman, who didnt believe in 'sugar coating' bad news that cars were not available left my wife and I feeling dismissed, undervalued, angry and disapointed by his blunt and dismissive attitude. Nothing available, nothing coming through. Cant keep us in mind just try coming back in a few months and just maintain your current car was the advice given. Visited Harry Fairbairn in Irvine on spec and found such a different and helpful attitiude. So, despite having bought several new cars from Parks over the years and get the car serviced there, I wont be buying any New BMWs from Parks ever again. Am still angry. There are other dealers out there.
