Unfortunately i cant write what id really like to say about my experience with Frank at Leeds Audi. Complete lack of customer care and professionalism. Consistently didnt follow up on promises and fulfil his duties. Lack of adminitration of documents has resulted in debt collection letters over a car part ex'ed to leeds audi more then 6 months ago. What an absolute disgrace to the industry, not the level of care id expect from a 'main dealer'.
