Poor Service

We had an appointment to test drive the id3 11am on a Sunday morning, the sales man Chris could not tell us much about it. when we came back from the test drive he was with another couple we waited until nearly 1pm and still not seen, we got several missed calls after apologising. Ok we thought we will give another try after speaking on the phone to Chris, he promised to e-mail some details striaght over 4 days later nothing! Would NOT recommend
