Awful experience. Not Recommended

Viewed a Ford Kuga that seemed ok on the website. Was told it had a light on the dash because it needed a new EGR valve so wasn't quite ready. waited almost three weeks before the car was ready, being told that the part sent was the wrong one, then another wrong part, then the technician was off sick, then they couldn't get the MOT booked in anywhere. eventually I picked the car up, it still had a engine malfunction light on the dash and it was giving out clouds of black smoke from the exhaust. I returned the car and I was told I "Need to do Two or Three hundred miles for the new EGR valve to bed in" I took the car back two days later and asked for it to be fixed. They gave me a courtesy car to use and said they would fix it. But after a further ten days of not hearing anything I asked for a full refund. On returning the courtesy car and getting a refund they told me they thought the problem was the Turbo, but later that day the car was back on their website for sale, I'm assuming still not fixed? Although they come across as very professional and caring, I got the impression all they want is quick turnover and give a load of Bull**** to pacify the customer. I will never look at buying from them again and am not recommending them to anyone else, and they are an AA accredited garage as well!!!! Not a good advert!! So, if you go, be very careful of what your buying and don't take anything they say seriously. In fact, Avoid them altogether is what I would recommend. I have since purchased a car from TG Cars in Sandy and what a difference!! They are a genuine car sales.
