Bad service

Very unprofessional staff, coming to collect vehicle for customer and called in hour before arriving and they said its ready, upon arrived waited for 20 minutes, and they blamed on the customer did not informed them that I will come to collect the car and try to blame me that I damage one their vehicle that was parked on the other side of metal barrier. ended up abandon my collection and losing money.
