Amazing apprentice

Massive thanks to the young apprentice Harry in commercial. Had a nail in my tyre and no locking wheel nut !!!!! He went out of his way to find a key to remove the locking nut and thrn liased with the parts department to order a replacement set. Excellent 'can do' attitude. Thank you.
