Lies, Lies, Lies

When we went to collect our car from them the load cover was missing and the sales guy said he would find it and give us a call. Nothing heard after a fortnight so we had to return to find out what was happening. The sales guy assured us that he’d ordered a replacement and he would call us. Again we heard nothing which entailed yet another visit to the dealership. This time the salesman told us he’d been scammed on an auction site so would order a new one. A fortnight later (31st January) we received a voicemail message that he’d ordered a new one from Germany. Today (9th March) a very obviously used and abused load cover arrived from the dealer. As it is broken and scratched, it’s clearly not new. Don’t expect honesty from this bunch.
