Terrible customer service.
I purchased a Suzuki Vitara from the Desira group at Lowestoft in November 2021.I bought the vehicle online,which I certainly wouldn't entertain with any future car purchase.The price of the vehicle was agreed and also my part exchange for my vehicle.A date was agreed for delivery, this is where problems started.I waited in all day for the vehicle and as it hadn't arrived by 16.30hrs I phoned the dealership to enquire where it was only to be told that it had been picked up from them by a company to deliver to me, they said they'd contact the company to see what was happening and phone me back shortly.Five o clock arrived no contact so I phoned them to be told the delivery company was closed so they couldn't contact them all the while no concern or apology was mentioned,I was just told they'd sort it out the next day.The following morning at about seven o clock I had a call from the delivery driver saying he was about an hour from my house in Barnsley at which I checked my address with him,I live at number twenty six,he had got to deliver car to number seven, unbelievable.Finally the vehicle arrived which was as I expected it to be,no bother at all and the delivery driver said he'd explained to the salesman concerned on pick up that it wouldn't be delivered until the following day.That was only the first problem,the next day our neighbour from number seven brought me all the paper containing price ,bank details etc which had been sent to his address.I later discovered that the log book had been filled in by Desira ,sent to DVLA also made out to number seven.But the most discerning fact in all this was that when I contacted Desira and informed them of these problems they couldn't care less,a complete lack of customer service, absolutely disgraceful,all they said was , well mistakes do happen,not one bit of an apology.I have written complaining to them twice to complain and have heard absolutely nothing from them.No I definitely wouldn't recommend this company at all.
