Left with a faulty vehicle and no response. Very disappointed with the service I have received. Within the first day of owning the vehicle I noticed a missing wheel nut, the panel above the rear registration plate was also missing. There was also damage to the rear break lights casing. My vehicle came with a year warranty and after discussion these issues where fixed. I have since contacted them within the years warranty period regarding the vehicle losing power whilst in 3rd gear and a warning light repeatedly illuminating. Due to my warranty being close to its end they kept delaying arranging any repair work saying the issue had been escalated. I contacted the company several times and eventually Tom Birdsall replied to me confirming he had arranged for me to be contacted, however this never happened. I am now left outside my warranty period with unfixed issues in a car I rely on for work. It appears that after the initial sales period this company goes silent on their clients. Google reviews shows this is an issue many customers have faced. Really wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this company and disgusted by the lack of care and communication I’ve received.
