Despicable, untrustworthy, and unprofess

Re: Peter Vardy Land Rover Aberdeen What an absolute disgrace. They have sold me a £80,000 Range Rover with multiple issues including: 1. No locking wheel nut - £108 to correct 2. Faulty mirror passing sensor 3. Charged for ceramic coating and interior protection that was not completed 4. Faulty sliding cover over cup holder 5. Apparently valeted, I found a cigarette end in the little bowl beneath the hand brake button 6. Bumpers painted… over spray on grey panel beneath rear bumper, and paint runs on the front bumper. I assume they used an aerosol can… on a £80k car. 7. Despite a new MOT, service and 165 point check, the rear lower arm bushes are deteriorated, causing knocking. It makes you wonder if they did actually undertake the tests / checks. 7. The car was sold knowing that there was an oil leak on the brake vacuum pump. I have emailed them on a few occasions, and they have chosen to be unacceptably rude, unprofessional with no common decency, and ignore the emails. This includes notification of legal action. I will be starting legal action to recover all costs to rectify the issues. I strongly advise that despite how much you may like a car they have, go elsewhere, otherwise you are almost certainly going to be disappointed, and you will have the stress and disappointment I have endured. Peter Vardy, please don’t insult me by leaving your standard reply, as you have proven over and over that you have no interest in rectifying the issues. Biggest mistake I have ever made re a car purchase! Update 8th March: The Head of Business agreed to accept the car back (although he had no option). He agreed in writing to refund my monies, and allow me to use the car for an agreed period, in order that I could find another. The very next day he went against his word, despite the written agreement, and stated that he wanted the car back before making the refund. Totally unbelievable, unprofessional and dishonest. This dealership are totally untrustworthy, and should not be relied upon for anything. Learn by my mistake please!
