This BMW was sold to us as excellent condition, fully prepared etc etc. We had to pay for the car upfront before we collected, on collection they had taxed it already and rushed us through. The car was presented to us wet from the valet bay and on a wet day. We took the car home and first dry day realised that the car was covered in stratches and defects. Rang branch to be fobbed off several times by amar the manager. Next day rang customer service and they said we can return the car for absolutely any reason within 14days. Branch manager Billy rings and says we can't. Back and forth before Billy is told his place and was forced to accept the car back. Not once did anyone say sorry. They couldn't even get our refund to us when promised. Credit to Daniel love in head office customer service and Barbara in the Edinburgh branch accounts for been the only decent people we spoke to. Avoid this dealer in our opinion.
