Pathetic Customer Service

Where to start, I wanted a van so I paid a £150 deposit to hold it, I was told it’s fully refundable even if I decided to walk away. It needed an MOT/Service & ‘minor’ body work I was told. Steve failed to say how bad the work was that needed doing and allowed me to drive all that way to look at the vehicle without disclosing the fact the rear lights were smashed & the body work was diabolical. This being said we agreed it would all be repaired and I would still have the van. This process took 10 days. We’re now well into the second week and still have had no communication back about the van, I kept chasing and he suggested to come down the following Saturday to buy the van (it was then Tuesday). He phoned me Wednesday and said he now has a wedding all weekend and that I would have to get there the following Monday during the day to accommodate his mistake and not able to sell me the van on the day he suggested. At this point I’ve had enough, I want the van and they’re dragging their heels and losing a sale as the hours go by. I then said I couldn’t make Monday as I’m working and suggested picking the van up in 2 weeks time. By this point I’ve had enough and said I require my fully deposit back as agreed. I have then been told I’m going to lose some of my deposit despite our agreement due to an ‘admin fee’ this company are botched and do not know how to communicate or organise anything. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
