Terrible service, no communication

I went to look at a Mazda in November 2021. They already set the price £500 higher than market value, and told me that it was because they would provide any repair within 3 months of me buying the car. After paying the deposit, they told me to come the following weekend to pick up the car. After getting to their showroom, it turned out they didn't get the vehicle service book yet and still expected me to pay the full amount and take the car home!! I told them that wasn't possible if I didn't know if the car needed any further servicing, and I had to press them to deliver the car to me the following weekend (they still tried to charge me £100 for this). Two weeks later they did bring the car to my house, late in the evening. It was too dark so I didn't notice that they didn't even wash the car, there was moss on and inside all the doors! And the seats weren't washed at all, they were incredibly dirty! Also after driving the car I realised it wasn't going into first gear very easily, so I've been trying to call them for a month but they never pick up their phone. My wife has had to try calling them for me from her phone to trick them into picking up, but they still never returned our calls. Horrible service and we definitely don't recommend them, looking to get some money back for the repairs they promised!
