I bought a vehicle from MWP in April 2015 and paid a premium price only to find 8 weeks later that no preparation had been carried out. The car needed front brake pads, oil service and front tyres! I was met with a negative response and accusations that I was trying to "extort money" from them? Then in September the cars first MOT was due and was an immediate fail due to MWP removing the catalytic converter. I was left stranded with a car I couldn't drive and MWP responded by ignoring my emails and putting the phone down on me when I called to try and resolve. The worst people I have ever bought a car from. Currently taking legal action against them to recover over £1,600.00 in costs.
