I purchased a Volvo XC90 from this dealer last June and, judging from their response to my initial enquiry, I was unusual in expressing my conditions, over the phone, for the purchase. I had previously called another dealership in London who quickly refused to discuss any variation on their terms. But RH2 were different and, after a detailed discussion they agreed to my request and I viewed and bought the car. Both Stefan and John were a real pleasure to do business with and they quickly dealt with any minor issues. It seems odd to use the word ‘Trust’ when speaking of car dealers, especially secondhand dealers when Arthur Daley springs to mind! But I do trust Stefan and John, and you can to!
