Totally terrible

What utter lies from Kevin on a car I traveled nearly 200 miles to hopefully buy! I was told by him the day before I set out that the car is brilliant condition, no scratches or dents, he said “I wouldn’t let you drive all this way if the car wasn’t right “ I paid £200 for a one way car hire the next day and got greeted by a car that was dented , had a full Length re spray, which was unbelievable the worst paint work you could imagine, it had so many dust particles in the paint and wasn’t even shiny! In the passenger side bumper there was a 12 inch long scratch when somebody hit it on a ballad. I was told that the done no mileage since the MOT put there was a fault on the passenger side front wheel where are massive chunk I’ve been taken out of the side at least this should it be in an advisory, but no , I wonder who did the mot, very Dodgy. The car wasn’t even clean hadn’t been velveted inside or out , no Covid practice was done at all! I asked why has the car not been prepared of which I was told “well it’s washed once a week “ Any dealer would wash and hoover and finally put a wax on it , oh know these don’t! This car was not cheap it was just over £14000 , what would you expect? I walked away , but I had handed my car in to the hire company, which they told me that I had to hire another car so I could get back home! This now cost £253 , Kevin from motor well had no empathy, no customer service at all, he lied and totally wasted a full day and if you add the fuel for a return journey, £500 ! PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SO CALLED DEALERSHIP, THE REVIEWS ARE A SCAM , THEY REALLY ARE NOT FIT TO TRADE AS THEY LIE IN THE ADVERTISING OF THE CAR AND ALSO VERBALLY TO YOU!
