TIME WASTERS! I had a 120 miles round trip for nothing because they were 'optimistic' (I am being both polite and generous here) with the description of one of their cars. Had I travelled without calling them first I may have blamed myself for wasting £30 in petrol and 3 hours of my life, but I did call them first, I did question them about the car, and I did ask them to confirm that the car really was as good as they described. Well, needless to say it wasn’t. Did they think I would just buy it anyway because I had travelled to view it? Oh, and the little psychological trick of having a higher price displayed on the car upon arrival (significantly higher than the advertised or so called 'internet price') is not clever, its just annoying, especially as the so called 'internet' price was already over 'book' price.
