Terrible attitude service department

After being told they can't look at my car for a month, ring the AA Hyundai assist and he gave me the whole script on what to say to the AA man so they would get me a courtesy car as they couldn't supply me one, AA man arrived lovely checked the car over advised blocked fuel filter Offered to change at my expense I didn't really want to pay with the warranty he advised me that the fuel filters block normally due to build up in filter and I can drive it in to the dealer if required. I called Hyundai Durham on loud speaker and the guy in service department started raining a torrent of negative comments about the AA in be knowing he was standing with me the AA man politely made him aware he heard everything and was aware he tried to get me to manipulate the breakdown cover to get a hire car, the man at the dealer just hung up I drove to dealer and they said it won't be the filter AA know nothing. £133 later they fitted a fuel filter and fixed it AA was going charge me £56 Terrible service
