Awful service from sales person Estella
Collected car 07 Jan, very next day wing mirror signal stop working. Rang Jemca Croydon no answer, however if you select sales dept they answered straight away. Wonder why!! After leaving messages & emails & lots of excuses from ordering bulb, to booking a ramp at the service centre we finally managed to bring the car to them for fixing & it was a lose bulb. Now it has been almost 7 weeks since we collected the car & we are still waiting for the membership of breakdowncover from AA that comes with the car for the first 12month. Again numerous emails to the sale person Estella from asking us to wait longer, she then told us to phone AA ourselves. I did call them but the vehicle is not registered on their database, hence they cannot provide me cover. They told me that the dealership should have registered the vehicle & provide me with a reference/offer code for them to activate & issue a membership!! Well done Estella for doing NOTHING at your end. Be mindful with them guys, they do try to sell add ons at ridiculous price. From paint protection, insurance gaps to dash cam. Avoid.
