Vogue Car Sales, more like Rogue Car Sale. Customer service is the worse Iv ever seen. Paid a deposit of £300 for them to hold the car for purchase of the vehicle as quoted on the phone that the car might be gone if not paid by Saturday and due to travel 200 miles on Saturday and didn’t want to get to the dealership to find out that the car had been sold. Was told it was a perfect car with no damage of which I trusted but still Requested a video of the vehicle to ensure. 2 days went by and still no video despite taking £300 from me to ‘hold’ the vehicle. Never got told it was non refundable or signed any paper work about the deposit. After looking through the photos in depth as I hadn’t had a video, I found a few things that hadn’t been described- a very worn steering wheel, a hole in the driver side seat and a ripped door seal. Soo I sent an email to state that I would like a refund of the deposit as it wasn't a true description. The car still for sale on their website and eBay. I received an very email unprofessional email stating that they are going to deducted £100 from my deposit for ‘re stocking’ fee and that the vehicle has done 100k so to expect holes in the driver seat and a very worn steering wheel. So I called them and stated that I’m travelling over 200 miles so you can understand why I looked into depth of the photos and found these problems as I still haven’t received a video 2 days after paying the deposit. I was told that he would go talk to his boss as after talking to him he realised I generally wasnt wasting their time and actually wanted to purchase this vehicle when told it’s in very good condition inside and out of which I found out it wasn’t and call me back within 30minutes…… well I had phone back the next as I never had a call back, of which I was told that the seat had been repaired already and they were looking at quotes to fix the door seal. I told them that this was never agreed as Iv had no communication from them and I told that I had lost confidence in them and didn’t wish to waste any more time from both myself and them. Told I would accept £50 ‘re stocking’ fee instead of £100 re stocking fee which was agreed on the phone, to then have a call back 10 min later stating that they will only be refunding £200 so still charging £100 stocking fee after agreeing £50. Totally and utterly acceptable to treat customers like this when nothing was said about being non refundable and customer service.. well there isn’t any. Avoid at all cost unless your happy to be treated like meat. Updated 24/02/2022 Your respond had just proved the customer service Iv received. You really need to learn how to treat customers. Your description didn’t match and was false advertisement and I’m please to say I’m glad that I didn’t waste my time having anymore dealings with your ROGUE, MONEY GRABBING COMPANY. You never contacted me regarding the repair of the seat so if you actually stuck to your promises and call me back then you wouldn’t have had to waste your time making the car more appealing to buyers. Iv got a new BMW touring for your information so why would I like to buy a second new BMW for a second commute car. Piece of advice is if you don’t want bad review then advise the car correctly and actually be honest. Also invest some money in some customer service skills aswell. People will leave you only good reviews then. Response from the owner 10 hours ago We tell everyone deposits are non refundable unless any agreed work can’t be done or fault occurs on our end. You clearly see the pictures where you see a hole in the seat so why proceed in the 1st place. We don’t need to describe every mark on a 120,000 mile car as some wear and tear is expected, you even changed your mind when we offered to repair the seat and went out our way to get it repaired this week.We would rather not deal with moaning customers like yourself who expect a perfect car for a car priced below retail, go to bmw and buy a new car. So take your business elsewhere as your stupid review trying to defame our business will not work. Can’t please the screamers.
