I bought a car from this dealership 4 years ago, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had. I bought a 2008 Renault Clio I Music and was told that they would include a service and 6 months road tax, and replacement of the missing MP3 player in the car. This hadn't been done when I went to pick it up but was promised that I would receive a call within a week to tell me to pick up the mp3 player, service history and cheque for the tax. It took me almost 5 months of almost weekly telephone calls to sort it out and that was only after my father went there and threatened to make a scene in their show room. The salesman I dealt with was called Simon Brace. Awful dealership, awful after sales - would not recommend.
