if you buy used-request garage check up

Do not believe in approved used cars "X" checks. I have bought believing in that -and I had lots of problems /Gremlins with a car. Nothing major but car was thinkered by Eden and other garages more time than my old Rover 75 CdTi with BMW engine and 176000 miles. My new car had only 42000 but in worse state than old one. I have bought a warranty -but still wasting a lots of time and some money too as Eden is busy-I pay garage and parts but then I have to go for warranty job-for example AC compressor (found out it faulty after paying for top up £100-no one do not reimbursed that)Part replaced and top up under warranty. Car was as already 5-6 times back at garage.Including rusty roof a week after buying car, another visit at Eden to change gearbox shift knob pointed to seller before pick up, supposed to be fixed before pick up. Obviously not done,so I had to take another appointment. Wasting my time. I blaim a seller and a bit of myself as I was driving one car 8 years and I just believed car had "X" number of checks so it should be fine-that's not true. Garage/staff is good but unfortunately like in most companies staff earning pennies when lots of management making huge money. But still sooner or later both levels will loose customers and lose their job because of lack of care for customer. Only 3 stars due to seller not during their job corectly-staff in general good.I can not gave them less than 3 stars as they always do their job-only minuses as customer have to request everything There is no staff initiative to do it. Plus reception staff offering making coffe/tea.That approach should be going through all business. Like car came for service mot-I notice something wrong -but still good I would mention to customer for example : " brakes need attention" what ever was wrong. But nothing like tha happen.Shame I do not work as mechanic-I love it.
