Poor service

After travelling from the very top of Scotland we arrived to pick our van only to find when driving away the van was letting water in and down into the dash and the rear view mirror, the van clearly hadn't been checked properly, went back to the garage they then send us up the road saying they would send us the bits up by post. However this was not the correct bits and the van continued to let water in. The 2 back tyres were also illegal (harpenden sales team) said they were fine, it rained the whole way home nearly 700miles..They clearly had no thought for our safety.. An absolute shocking way to treat customers and they said that none of this was true when we called them to get the windscreen fixed properly after it was still letting water in..DISGUSTING Also why are you going under 2 business name..?? Something to hide
