I used Greenlane to buy a car for my Daughter who is currently learning to drive. I bought her a Peugeot 208, relatively low mileage, great condition and a good price. All was fine until 3 days after and the car conked out... it was a Sunday Morning at around 6am so obviously nothing I could do. I managed to get the car home and rang Kam at Greenlane at 9am on the Sunday, he was really polite and handled the call extremely professionally. He explained he was unable to do anything that day but would be more than happy to help. Skip to Monday 9am, Kam was knocking on my door, picked the car up and returned with it a few days later with the issues repaired. Not only did Kam rectify the problem but he went above and beyond the call of duty. He had a full valet inside and out carried out on the car before returning it. He immediately put it right and reassured me if anything else I needed, he would look after us. I would like to thank Kam for been so reliable and honest, the most important thing for me is holding your hands up when an issue arises, they held themselves accountable and made every single effort to resolve and put right. Kam is a great guy, respectful, courteous and very presentable. I feel confident and comfortable using their products and services and wouldn't think twice about recommending and buying from Greenlane Motors in the future.
