I bought car from them in December. Horrible experience! So many lies. They lied about the warranty with RAC. There is hole under the Matt on driving seat side, horn does not work, car have problem during reverse gear. Awful customer service! When we asked him about the hole that why you didn’t mention the answer is you checked the car you should know yourself. These are their trading standards they don’t describe any hidden fault. And the interesting thing I took my car to RAC local garage and they said these things need to be repaired but the mechanic in their garage is like car is perfect. All the reviews on their website are 5 star but if your experience is not good you’ll never see your bad review on their website. Not trustworthy at all.
