Lazy and Useless! Not a happy Customer
On 3rd Feb I took my car in for its FIRST service (2 years old) and after 3 hours got called back to collect it. I went to the man at the desk, paid £215 and given an envelope style package with some paper in. There I stood waiting for him to tell me anything for the service about the car and any good or bad information. He didn’t say anything so I asked “Do I need to know anything about the service? Nothing needed doing?”…. he just said “No, it’s all fine”. I replied saying “nothing at all to report? Everything fine?” - again he replies along the lines of “no nothing, its all done”. So there’s me, a young girl feeling silly that I should even ask this. With 4 other colleges standing either side of him all watching me. Later did I find out in that envelope there was information that my tyres needed to be replaced urgently and nothing was said when picking up my car. If I hadn’t of asked him if anything needed doing, then I probably wouldn’t have the right to be angry…. BUT I asked not once… twice …..if there was anything I needed to know or be done. I feel they just wanted me to get out of there… they got my money and wanted to go home. Oh and to top this all off, right at the end he said “you will get links for a review and if you give Ford a 5 Star review you will receive a FREE MOT!” - What a CON! BAD SERVICE DOES NOT EQUAL A 5 STAR REVIEW……. So what happens if I have a bad experience I don’t get a free MOT?
