Awful garage.

I purchased a Audi A3 from here March 2019 and opted to buy a extended warranty so I was covered for 3 years and paying £999 to do so. Enquire just over a year of having the car and told my car hasn’t got a warranty by Macclesfield audi where I bought it from and also audi customer services say I don’t have a warranty. Now I get a letter asking if I want to re new warranty which to my knowledge I never had. I ring audi and they are useless email after email with my evidence even buying parts for my car to be repaired from their own garage. End up having to go in and speak to paul and Tom who’s customer service was by far the worst I have ever seen trying to blame me for not looking into it enough and was threatened to be removed from audi as they knew I was right. Spoke to audi uk about this and lady on the phone fully agreed with me and now with the motor ombudsman. Audi couldn’t refund me my money because I don’t know who I spoke to two years ago on the phone when I rang up to book my car in. Pathetic only want you when buying a car after that they don’t want to hear from you. Wouldn’t bother thinking about going here especially if you have to deal with Paul (sales manager) Tom (business manager) Esther (service manager) All completely useless and shocking and have no idea how to treat customers.
