Bying a car from Chiltern Aston Centre

There’s buying a car and then there’s buying a car from the Chiltern Aston Centre - 2 totally different experiences. Chiltern Aston have been cultivating their outstanding and excellent reputation for over 50 years and, through my recent experience with them, I would suggest their reputation is more than well-deserved and I would not hesitate in recommending them for all aspects in regard to Aston Martin ownership. It was my dream to own an Aston Martin and Guy and his team helped me realise that dream via a very pleasurable and positive experience. There was no sales pressure, just good friendly professional advice and I felt confident and comfortable in purchasing a second-hand Aston Martin from an experienced team that is obviously passionate about the Aston Martin brand and care deeply about the service they provide and customer satisfaction. Guy, the ultimate professional, kept me fully appraised with texts and photos of the journey the car was taking during the preparation stage and the lovely Gail, the only lady at Chiltern Aston, was in constant communication with me regarding invoicing and relevant DVLA issues - I shall miss the regular emails. Indeed, the whole team exceeded my expectations in delivering outstanding customer service and an immaculate and well-prepared Aston Martin DB9. Thank you. One exceedingly happy customer.
