Don’t make an appointment!
On Tuesday I organised an appointment to view a car this Saturday with Peugeot Dewsbury. I had multiple texts confirming that I had an appointment at 10:45, including one less than 12 hours before said appointment. My partner and I then drove from Lincoln to Dewsbury to view the car, which is nearly two hours of driving and about £25 in fuel, not to mention our time. Upon arrival we were asked to be seated, and were then informed that the car had been sold the day before. The level of incompetence that Peugeot Dewsbury offers is beyond recognition. I would like to ask when the cost of my fuel is going to be refunded? What about payment for my wasted time? Either would be appreciated. Please would a member of the Peugeot Dewsbury team get back to me as promptly as they did when they were confirming my false appointment?
