TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Put a deposit on a 67 plate Seat leon cupra, on the test drive I noticed that the clutch was slipping in every gear and also smelt of burning clutch , so once I got back to the Stoneacre dealer I explained what I experienced and that I would be happy to pay full asking price which was £22.495 providing they fit a new clutch. A few days later I received a phone call with one of the salesman trying to tell me that it didn't need a clutch and that the reason it was "slipping" was because it had been remapped which he said they can remove, to which I replied that isn't how a remap works and that I was 100% sure it needed a clutch fitting. After being lied to by one of the salesmen, I asked for the deposit back (which I am still waiting to receive) and noticed now that they have re-listed the car a week later at £19995, which is funny because a week before they told me categorically they couldn't sell it for any less than 22.495. So theoretically they would of been better of fitting a clutch and receiving full asking price rather than losing £2500 and still have a car that a customer couldn't drive away. Typical corporate lying salesmen.
