JEEP WRANGLER -- FV69KMK--WARNING I would like to share our experience to warn other people. We bought a two-year-old jeep wrangler in this showroom. We were assured that the jeep has warranty. On second day we reported problem with red light on dashboard , but they ignored this replaying that is nothing to worry about. They just ignored the problem and not offered me diagnostic and repair. That's why we booked an appointment with another Jeep representative. We have been informed of diagnostic by Oldham Motors as soon as they believed the faults. 1/ The car was flooded with water inside to the height of the belts 2/The car was modified and therefore lost its one-year warranty 3/ The modifications broke individual parts in the car 4/ Damaged electric harness glued together, flooded, cables torn off 5/ Alarm error lamp on dash- cannot be repaired due to damaged wiring 6/ the horn does not work- due to damaged wiring I had to pay £792 only for car diagnostics. No repairs were carried out because we been told it would cost thousands to repair. We paid so much money for the car, we thought it would be without any defects that we would not have to spend money on repairs. The car was modified and therefore lost its warranty. They agreed that I could give them the car back. Then the same car was put up for sale after two days. They still haven't reimbursed me for diagnostics cost in the amount of £ 790 therefore we must take legal action. I have lost confidence in this company.
