Sold it from under my nose

Had been I dialogue with them via phone calls and emails about buying a car on the Friday and Saturday and offered to go for a test drive on the Sunday to which they said they were shut. We arranged a call for the Monday morning to finalise the deal and pay a refundable deposit subject to test drive. Then......I got an email Monday morning saying a deposit was taken on the Sunday (when they were supposed to be closed). Raging was an understatement.
