Mr unhelpful garage owner

The most unhelpful car sales i have ever experienced. The owner has been desrespectful and unable to communicate with us appropriately. We have tried to resolve the situation as the car has had countless problems since getting it, this has been going on for about 6months. In that time period we have had no response from the owner, we have rung, sent letters and even gone to the garage only to be told he wasn't available. Thanks to the warranty company for being beyond satisfactory, I have managed to get the car resolved at my own time and expense with warranty firsts help. Sent a second letter over 4 weeks ago only to have no response until today, which enclosed threatening documents. I am going to be continuing to follow the correct procedures laid out by trading standards and other bodies to be reimbursed for my time and effort. DONT buy cars from this company!!!!!
