On arriving at Lewis solutions ltd was lewis s 2 years ago Why change name Anyway what made us purchase my sons first car was the the friendly helpful mr Lewis. look at our doggies he said we r a family firm he said it was all a smoke screen After being told a new head gasket was put in the car my son I said that was great and they look a honest family run firm Two weeks after the the purchase the car broke down was over heating our mechanic came out said it was the head gasket. I phoned mr Lewis but the same bloke was mr Hyde In a not so friendly voice he said what do u want me to do I said you said it was a new head gasket and three people heard you He told me where to go in so many words So phoned citizen advice My son took it to Halifax under the credit card for faulty goods Halifax sent us a statement from mr Lewis/Hyde and he had told them he fixed cars himself some go to auction and he told us this was going to auction and he never put a head gasket in it but he lost his temper on the phone to me and said yes I put a head gasket it but parts not a new one lies and more lies Halifax got intouch to say they closed down the case as the time had run out So went to ombudsman and won my case and got compensation for our son who was really upset that the first car he bought was from a lovely guy until he paid him his money then turned nasty his grandad give him before he died for a car we even told mr Hyde that. We all tell everyone not to buy from him. My son got left quite a lot of money and bought a brand new car if only he had professional care of Lewis he would of gone back.His wife works there as well taking about her kids how would he feel if someone treated his son in such a nasty way. His daughter who was 14 was working there as well in school holidays
