Speedy, efficient service

Took my old 09 Kuga in for a braking problem yesterday and was advised it would be a minimum of £2000 to put right, on top of other costs too. I’d also been told the same at other dealerships locally. While on site I was browsing for a new vehicle and had a particular soft spot for the Ecosport. I asked for a viewing of the 19 plate car (nearly new), and was introduced to Tom Worrall who was polite, courteous and professional throughout. Wishing to purchase the car and trade in my old timer, Tom offered a fantastic deal on it for me, sorted the paperwork and went above and beyond to ensure it was taxed and ready to go for me to drive away. Fantastic car and I hope to have many happy years with it. I’ve been a returning Ford customer and somewhat a “regular” one for repairs too, and Tom took this into account when valuing my vehicle. Excellent experience, friendly staff, and decent coffee too.
