STAY CLEAR OF PANDA MOTORS SWANSEA

After sales customer service appalling. Had brand new MG3 for 3 weeks developed fault on the day it was collected, called the garage and spoke to Ian when we got home, Ian said he would come back to me and never did so had to call again 2 days later, he then said he would speak to a technician again did not come back to me. spoke with Ian again on numerous occasions to be told the intermittent audio beeping when driving was a signal to change radio station due to loosing the frequency and advised to turn off the beeps in settings. Called again spoke to servicing to be told the tyre is not sticking to the road correctly causing traction icon to beep. another call to be told boot and fuel cap may not be closed. Took the car back once on off chance have having it looked at but was turned away and told to make appointment. took car back for appointment on 26 Jan 2022 technician went out on test drive but audio beep never came on was then told any issues take to Nathaniel cars in Bridgend. Took a video of the beeping while my son was driving to prove the beeping, called Panda service again on 27 Jan to speak to them regarding the fault to be told its my sons driving causing the issue. Panda Motors claim there is no fault with the car and expect me to live with it for the duration of owning the vehicle. Called back again to be told there are no courtesy cars due to covid-19 and would need the car for a few days. Have since spoken to Nathaniel at Bridgend who were very helpful and the car is booked in next week with a courtesy car provided and are aware of this fault which is possibly a steering senor or BCM Module. Whish I had gone to Nathaniel in the beginning as they are very professional and care about their customers. Panda Motors will take your money with open arms and then have no care whatsoever afterwards. STAY WELL CLEAR
