My car developed an intermittent clutch/pedal fault a couple of days before my long drive home to Scotland. The local Main Dealer only offered a 3 week lead time to LOOK at the car, let alone repair it. I came across JNCC through the AA website. JNCC took the car in the following day. The fault did not reappear during the workshop inspection or road test, but the discussion around the problem gave me the confidence to make the long drive, which thankfully was completed without incident. James King and his team provided exceptional dedication to customer service, the like of which is rarely seen in the motor trade; and YES, I definitely WOULD buy a second-hand car from this man.
