Please be wary - I would never use again

I do not usually leave reviews and certainly not bad ones preferring to give people the benefit of the doubt. However, on this occasion I feel that I have to warn others that if this company make a mistake as they did with the sale of my car, they not only do not accept responsibility but use "bully boy", rude and aggressive tactics. Upon reading some of the less than favourable reviews below, there are similarities particularly in regard to to sales director having to take constant direction from the managing director aka his father. After over an hour of really unpleasant discussions whereby, although finally admitting it was their error, no compromise on solutions were offered. The manager director came into the room and continued with a very unpleasant attitude which only changed when i started recording the conversation. I had been forced to take legal advice prior to the meeting and thank goodness i did. Finally, i would say to be very wary. I am sure if everything goes to plan things may be fine however, if there is any kind of dispute they are very unhelpful and worse still aggressive. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
