Appalling and dishonorable service

Where does one even begin? Mike (one of the owners but appears to be the only owner) has two sides to him. One of the sides appears to be warm and friendly. The other side is unbothered, rude and dismissive. I bought a car with Mike on the 28th December 2021 and a journey of a lifetime begin since then. The car was meant to be ready for pick up on the 6th January 2022, only for it not to be ready. Mike would not pick up calls or answer text messages for days! He refused to update me on the car situation and kept giving very sill excuses. Some of the excuses included the MOT needs to be sorted, repairs haven't started due to the body shop etc. This whole car situation dragged until the 21st of January 2022. Mike was unremorseful and it took my Dad going to Autozone (21st January 2022) to realise the car was not ready to bring home. Mike will have you believe he cares about his customer service but in fact, does not. His lies will have you panting all over the room. A customer should never be put through what Mike put me through! To all prospective buyers be WARNED this company (Autozone) is unreliable and dishonourable. Please conduct research before proceeding to engage with Autozone. You will notice on Company House they are on the verge of being struck off.
