From start to finish a fantastic experience restoring my faith in main dealers !! I contacted Paul rugby Volvo and spoke to Paige, she listened to my needs and was very helpful Paige transferred me to Cheryl on the service department. Cheryl was fantastic & talked me through the service options for my vehicle and gave me a selection of dates and times that suited my needs. I had text confirming my booking which I felt worked for me as I do have a very busy schedule. The day of the service I was able to park right outside the entrance to the dealership without any issues again fantastic, past experience with other dealers i found not being able to park very frustrating. Cheryl signed me in & checked all my details were correct before I left, advising me I’ll receive a short video from the technician working on my car, Cheryl walked me out to my car and completed a body condition check ect. Cheryl also advised me the vehicle will be cleaned and sanitised on return. The walk around video I received was very informative from the technician, i was very pleased to see such a clean working environment. Cheryl contacted me near completion & advised me that the front wipers are starting to smear, she gave me a very competitive price which I authorised again happy the parts department had the inserts rather than replacing the whole wiper saving me money. My vehicle was ready in a matter of hrs, all my paperwork was all in one folder which I thought was very professional. I did receive a courtesy call from Gemma a few days after to ensure everything was ok with the service I received. Cheryl also quoted me on a service plan to which i may take out if we decide to keep the car, I’ve since been back to test drive and potentially purchase a van from your sales department who Cheryl put me in contact with. I would wholeheartedly recommend Paul rigby Volvo, and will now continue to bring my vehicle to you.
