Waste of time

Had an appointment with sales manager at 2pm. Wasn’t seen until 2.45 with another sales assistant (not who we had made our appointment with). The sales manager we dealt with wasn’t helpful at all and had no interest in assisting us with purchasing a new car. So disappointing and such a waste of our time.
