No after sales service

Recently bought a Bentley Flying Spur from Parkway got in touch with Mark about something I wanted to know about the car,he never got back to me,the car was supposed to have been serviced at Parkway,the book is stamped but I have been trying to get a record from them to as what has been done but to no avail,very disappointed.Fred Smith
