Shocking service!

6 months trying to get a warranty issue dealt with. 6 times told I would receive a phone call from the person dealing with warranty, Never received a single call. Only person showing any interest was Claire in reception. Decided in the end to deal with the issue myself. I spent 50 years in the motor trade and would have been mortified if I or anyone I worked with had treated a customer this way.
